Many like to visit while we are in the actual process of making cheese. At Sweetwater Valley Farm, we usually make cheese from January through June. We make occasionally during the summer, and then less frequently September through December. Please call before you visit for a current cheese making schedule. On the days we do make cheese, we have our fresh cheese curds bagged and ready to sell by 4:00 p.m. Visit us soon.
