HOW TO MAKE EGG BITES WITH OUR CHEDDAR CHEESE
This is a great thing to make if you want to food prep your breakfast for the week. They are super easy to make and reheat really well.
-9 large eggs
-1 pound of ground sausage cooked
-1 bell pepper
-1 cup of grated cheddar cheese
Beat 9 eggs in a bowl.
Cook your sausage and drain.
Wash and chop your onion finely.
Wash and chop your pepper finely.
Grate your cheese.
Add all ingredients in a bowl and mix.
Using a 1/4 cup measuring cup scoop out the mixture and put into the muffin pan cups.
Bake at 350 for about 15-20 minutes or until your eggs are cooked and set.
These can be made with any of our cheeses. We have used sharp and many flavors including the taco and garden blend cheeses. Will reheat well for about 5-6 days.
