How to Fry Cheese Curds:

  1. The curds must be fresh (less than a week old)
  2. Spread them out in a non-stick skillet and turn the stove up to medium heat. There is no need to add anything to the skillet. The curds will make their own oil.
  3. Brown on both sides for a couple minutes
  4. Serve warm
  5. If you aren’t going to use them to fry within a week of them being made, then we suggest freezing them. Then you can just thaw them out and they will still fry up.
