How to Fry Cheese Curds:
- The curds must be fresh (less than a week old)
- Spread them out in a non-stick skillet and turn the stove up to medium heat. There is no need to add anything to the skillet. The curds will make their own oil.
- Brown on both sides for a couple minutes
- Serve warm
- If you aren’t going to use them to fry within a week of them being made, then we suggest freezing them. Then you can just thaw them out and they will still fry up.
