Farmers Fresh Cheddar is a mild, creamy cheese made fresh-delicious by itself or in a recipe. It is a soft cheese that is only aged for a couple days. Similar to a mozzarella. 

NOTE: We want to ensure that you receive your cheese in the best quality possible. For this reason, depending on the time of year and where the cheese is going, we will pack it in a cooler with gel packs.
