Our Governor’s cheese is one of our finest cheddars. It was the winner at the 2017 Tennessee State Fair in Nashville. It is aged to be an extra sharp. 

NOTE: We want to ensure that you receive your cheese in the best quality possible. For this reason, depending on the time of year and where the cheese is going, we will pack it in a cooler with gel packs.
