Our Power T Cheddar Cheese was created in partnership with the University of Tennessee and part of the proceeds go towards supporting students at the University. This cheese is a classic mild cheddar with the Power T stamped into the center of the block. 1- 8oz block

NOTE: We want to ensure that you receive your cheese in the best quality possible. For this reason, depending on the time of year and where the cheese is going, we will pack it in a cooler with gel packs.
