Ingredients
- 16 oz cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 oz Ranch seasoning mix (1 packet)
- 3 tbsp minced chives
- 2 tbsp minced parsley
- 1 cup shredded Sweetwater Valley Farm Sharp Yellow Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Sweetwater Valley Farm Onion & Chives Cheese

- 1 1/4 cups bacon bits
- 2 tbsp of chopped parsley
Instructions
- Combine cream cheese, sour cream, and Ranch seasoning mix in a mixing bowl. Beat with an electric mixer until completely smooth
- Add minced chives, minced parsley, and shredded Sweetwater Valley Farm Sharp Yellow Cheddar and Onion & Chives cheese to the bowl. Use a rubber spatula to mix everything very well, until all is evenly incorporated
- Lay a piece of saran wrap on a flat surface (I used a cutting board) and transfer the cheese mixture into it
- Shape mixture into a football and fold saran wrap over
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before coating it
- Unwrap cheese ball and coat it with the bacon and parsley mixture
- Serve with your favorite crackers.

Ingredients
- 1 can petite diced tomatoes
- 1 1/2 blocks cream cheese
- 8 ounces of Sweetwater Valley Farm Farmer's Fresh Cheese
- 8 ounces of parmesan cheese finely grated
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- 1 tbsp of thyme seasoning
- 1 tbsp of basil
topping
- 1/2 cup mixed farmers fresh cheese and parmesan
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400
- Place tomatoes in oven for 10-15 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste
- While tomatoes are roasting, mix cream cheese, farmers cheese and parmesan cheese
- Add spices and then add the heated tomatoes
- Mix until well-blended
- Pour mixture into baking dish and top with the farmers and parmesan blend
- Bake 20-25 minutes or until cheese is golden brown
Notes
- Serve with your favorite crackers, bread or chips for dipping
